Deploy the physical systems
We build or approve the hardware, qualify each site, and coordinate power, networking, cooling, security, and installation.
HOW THE NEOCLOUD WORKS
202 Compute is the operating layer between physical GPU hardware and the companies that need it. We deploy systems across qualified sites, manage them as one fleet, and deliver their capacity through direct customer agreements.
01 / The operating model
Our product is more than access to a GPU. 202 Compute combines distributed hardware with deployment, connectivity, remote management, support, capacity allocation, and a direct commercial relationship.
We build or approve the hardware, qualify each site, and coordinate power, networking, cooling, security, and installation.
Every system reports health, utilization, temperature, power, and connectivity into the 202 Compute operations console.
We qualify workloads, select appropriate hardware, and define the environment, access, service scope, price, and term.
Customers work directly with 202 Compute while we maintain the infrastructure and coordinate support throughout the agreement.
02 / Rent directly from 202 Compute
You contract with 202 Compute for hosted capacity. We coordinate the infrastructure, deployment, access, monitoring, and support defined in the agreement.
Share GPU count, memory needs, framework or container, utilization pattern, data requirements, preferred start date, and expected term.
We review available hardware, environment requirements, connectivity, storage, security, and operational support.
The proposal documents the assigned configuration, access model, service scope, commercial structure, and availability window.
The environment is configured and validated against the agreed workload before sustained use begins.
202 Compute monitors hardware health and coordinates infrastructure maintenance throughout the engagement.
STANDARD RESPONSIBILITY MODEL
03 / Clear responsibilities
The contract defines who is responsible for the physical node, software environment, application, data, security controls, maintenance, and support. The exact division depends on the selected configuration and service scope.
Nothing is assumed: access, controls, support, and service expectations are documented before the engagement begins.
